Hey guys I just purchased the CompacFlash and EasyADF kit from amigakit.com. Would it be possible to install OS 3.9 from the compact flash card? I have the 3.9 on CD.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to install OS 3.9 on a Compact Flash HDD replacement.

After all, it worked for my A600 with 2.1 so it surely should work on the more modern stuff :-)

It will work, but you have to use an Amiga partition otherwise you won't be able to boot from the compact flash card, which means you won't be able to use it to transfer files from a PC/Mac (which is presumably why you got it).
