Yep.. It's been working some time now. Well.. I have still not used it for writing disks cause I have had no need..  ;-)

So, if PC disk reading works, you are close ... about only things that can be wrong are Filesystem and montlists..

I think I'm *almost* there. :)

I've got the drives clicking but then ambient freezes once I actually put a disk in.  (See thread on MorphZone. :P)

I kinda feel like this:

Yes you are almost there!! I was at that point! You have the NEW multidisk.device right? If so i think your problem is with the mountlists.

I'm 99.9% sure I've got the new multidisk.device.   I even recopied it.  The old and new ones have the same Version number right?

Are the mountlists any different then the ones supplied by the "install_me" script?

I ended up using different ones for Amiga floppies. Have you tried PC floppies yet?

I'm not sure. :P  I was looking for my crossdos formatted floppy but lost it.  I think another one was an AROS boot disk which might not work.

I've got other floppies around but I'm unsure of their formatting.  I'll hop onto a PC once I get home and format them. :P

I've pmailed you on MorphZone with my e-mail address.  So if you can send me those mount lists.
