I may be getting a Micronik 1200 keyboard adaptor (one that clips on top of the a1200 keyboard MPU) work with amiga4000 keyboards or only pc keyboards?

Don't know...
But I have a Micronik Keyboard for Infinitiv Tower pluged on an Elbox KEY1200 (which use PC AT keyboard).
A4000 has a ps/2 style plug, with an amiga "code"...
A2000 has a big din plug like old PC but use amiga "code"...
