I started on Timex Sinclair, with the whopping 16KB expander
went to TI 99/4A with full expansion
Atari 5200 for games
to C-64
to C-128 (2Mb REU, 1581s, etc)
Amiga 500
Amiga 2000
Amiga A1200
Compaq windoze machine (god what a mistake!)
Athlon windoze XP/SP2

The A1200 running 3.9 is still my favorite envirnment to work in. The Athlon XP machine is amazingly stable, horrible environment for programming though, but our main game machine these days.
WE still have a C-128 running here, mostly for my grandchildren - They love it.
Oh, I am building an A3000 now - almost done.

A2000 GVP 40MHz \'030, 21Mb RAM SD/FF, 2 floppies, internal CD-ROM drive, micromys v3 w/laser mouse
A1000 Microbotics Starboard II w/2Mb 1080, & external floppy (AIRdrive)
C-128 w/1571, 1750, & Final Cartridge III+

I need to get my post count up so I'll dig up a week old topic...

Here's my current list of computers and consoles:

Computers:
A2000
2 PC's, one running XP the other running Mandriva Linux
Gateway 2000 laptop with Windows 95
IBM PS/2 (in storage, it was the first computer I owned)
iMac G3 (also no longer in use, sitting in the corner collecting dust)

Consoles:

Intellivision
Magnavox Odyssey 300
Atari 2600
NES
NES 2
Super NES
Playstation
Playstation 2
Sega Master System
Sega Genesis (type 2)
Sega Game Gear
Nintendo Game Boy

I am currently in search of a Sega CD or Sega CDX unit.  If anyone has one they're willing to give up, I will pay top dollar for it.

Intellivision
Magnavox Odyssey 300

Hey Waterland, my old Odyssey2 is up in my parents attic. Did Magnavox put out another console after the O2 or is that an earlier model?
Amiga 3000D UP and running! Hear that clicking. 8)
Amiga 3000D & 4000D in storage sadly.

There were several models of the odyssey, many were similar. Odyssey 1 and 2 took cartridges, the 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 2000, 3000, and 4000 series were pong clones. The 100, 200, 300, etc. came later than the Odyssey 1 and 2.  The 100 and up were all pretty much the same, each subsequent model got a little more complex, such as adding difficulty levels and more game variations.

Everyone has soooooo many computers. But now I look at mine and realise I'm crazy too:-) I started on another Jay Miner creation. The Atari 8-bit. Then I progressed to ST (for a short while), A500, A1200 then PC.

Nowadays...
Atari 65XE,Atari 130XE, Atari 320XE(well upgraded 130XE)
A1200 + 1260 - WHDLoad goodness:-)
Couple of boring PCs (though one is a custom PVR with sky hack...)
Few Arcs (A3000,A3010) - unused
Old ST - unused
GP32 - awesome, but replaced mostly now by...
GP2X - fantastic device. You know you want one
Oh and a Mac laptop, though Aleisha pinched that.

I guess consoles don't count...
XBOX (with chip& hdd) and 360

Mark

I'm still looking to complete my Amiga collection someday.  As of just two weeks ago when I finally obtained an A600, I now only need an A3000T to pretty much have at least one of every kind of Amiga manufactured and sold.  I am not counting the A1500 and A2500 as separate models.  I prefer my G4 Powerbook for virus free Internet and email (even with the recent flak about hacking the wireless connection).

On next Monday I will be taking delivery of a monster Dell desktop with Intel Core Duo and dual video cards, 2GB RAM, etc., etc., etc.  (I got a company purchasing discount of 15% off list price the last week of my previous job and decided to take advantage of it since I needed a new desktop PC for doing CAD)

I will be thinning out my Amiga collection to get rid of duplicates (some triplicates) of hardware and software in the near future, so keep your eyes open here and on eBay.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)
