One of those virtuality systems (based on an Amiga 3000) was actually for sale here in the netherlands. I seriously considered buying it, be it not for my lack of space, they have a rather large footprint....
Greetings from Wilnis, The Netherlands
Now owning ALL Amiga models and most; if not all; flavours of them...My Amiga Museum

I was thinking it would be cool to attach a radio camera to a remote control car and feed the signal through the glasses and drive like you were in the seat or something. Now, if I can only figure out how to get a foam disc launcher to work by remote control.

Imagine a radio controlled helicopter with dual cameras... you could get up to some serious mischief there!

I think they were called iGlasses or iGoggles or something like that.
I believe some doom style games like gloom had support for those.

The heck with foam discs, just use some model rockets! It works quite well with a third channel/servo.  :-D

Model rockets... now there's a thought!

I often see radio controlled cars, boats, hovercraft, planes, submarines, helicopters, jets, gliders... but I have yet to see radio controlled cruise missiles.

An Amiga launch base with some i-Glasses and an antennae - all you'd need to start World War 3!
