In your auction you said your didn't sign an NDA so you thought maybe it would be bad if you had. Someone that had it to begin with probably did sign something about not passing it out to the public. You just ended up with it somehow. The original recipient selling it and you selling it are tantamount to the same thing.

No, not at all. There would be no legal reason why i couldn't sell something that was freely given out to anyone attending a trade show. The only reason I added that line about no NDA to the auction, was a preemptive strike against any questions that might arise. Even if there was an NDA involved, which I find out now was not the case, it may have raised a moral issue in some peoples minds, but not a legal issue.

an idea: scan and upload them to amiga.org :-)

I didn't scan every page to upload for 2 reasons. One is completely personal, but the other is the high bidder should get some pleasure of viewing his unique winnings before the rest of the community. Maybe the high bidder will feel inclined to scan the whole thing and post it.

Anyhow, here's what I did scan. Do what you wish with it. I recommend anyone who wants these images to download them, as I won't be hosting them for much longer on my temporary image hosting.

Hmmm not sure I agree - Zombies have no soul, and consume the brains of the living. By that definition, Microsoft are more like Zombies than AInc :-)

No we don't.

For all we know, Ray Akey simply sent a quick note to eBay claiming to represent Amiga Inc's interest.  It does not in any way, shape, or form indicate any sort of life signs in the stillborn Amiga Inc.

True. I wish they would either make a statement, or release what they've got and call it a day. Do they really think keeping their mouths shut about OS4 is helping? People want to know what's going on!

Mars will show signs of life before Amiga, Inc. does. We have what we might think could be fossilized microorganisms from Mars and other clue like past liquid water, which is more than can be said for Amiga, Inc. What ever came of that NHL deal? Oh, the is that drawing of the motorcycle. Wouldn't a high end PDA that could run the games in their online store be more in light with their assumed business. Oh, and the recent MobleZone deal. Has anyone seen anyone playing their games or new games (if any)?

Ray, Vincent, Randall, Greg, or the guy in a new york office whose name sounds like polish?

By the way, has amiga.com domain info changed recently?
