Includes maximum onboard memory!  This includes both chip and fast RAM, in both DIP and ZIP sockets. (2MB Chip RAM, 4MB Fast RAM (DIP) and 16MB Fast RAM (ZIP).  The Fast RAM in DIP chips is not being used because DIP and ZIP cannot be used at the same time.)

I can't imagine having 4x256K DIPs and 4x1M ZIPs running at the same time - the DIPs lack address lines and will read wrong data all the time!

This is the way I got this Amiga.  I assume the first owner upgraded first the DIPs, then upgraded the ZIPs.  Who knows?
