Blue Screen - Video Toaster - Which Software?
« on: May 02, 2006, 02:38:55 PM »

I was just wondering if anyone knows which software is out there for doing Blue Screen using Video Toaster, if it's possible at all.

Thanks!

The Video Toaster has built in ComaKeying (you can also use a green screen) all you need to do is adjust the keying percentage located on the switcher screen to the right of the T bar. Its very effective and works well.
You need to load the backdrop into one of the digital frame buffers or have another video selected on one of the other inputs.

Remember proper lighting is crutial for making the key work properly.

Excellent... that's all I needed to know.

I suppose I should read a manual.  :)

There is also the MicroSearch ChromaKey and ChromaKey+ for doing it live.

Edit: Holy crap, didn't realize how old this thread was.
