Expanding a Cybervision64 (not 3D card)

My Cybervision 64 card is a bit anemic with 2MB of video memory on it.  What's the VRAM chip specifications?  I need to hunt down another 2MB and am thinking it shouldn't be *too* hard.

The existing chips on my 2M CV64 are part no. NN514260J-60.  I would guess more of the same type would be used.

A quick google search brought me to the chip directory where they're listed as 256Kx16, Fast Page mode.  The problem is that you will need to find right type of chips to fit the sockets.

I just went to a junk PC salvage yard and looked for some S3 Virge cards with the same memory in sockets.  Popped them into my card and viola 4MB!

There was never any card released for it's expansion bus was it ?
