Specs: Amiga 500, 33Mhz 68020/68882 FPU, 3.0 ROMs, Workbench 3.1, 8Mb Fast RAM & 2Mb Chip, 40Gb IDE HD.

If you have an A1200, then you'll have lots more colours available to make a much better screenshot than mine.

Heh, my WB is much more boring. I have 3.9 but I usually run it in 4 colors for speed and with green text on a black background which is more readable on my C=1702. Screenshot is from a TV-tuner card though http://www.hyakushiki.net/junk/wbench2.gif

A2000, A2630 overclocked to 28.3MHz, GVP SCSI

WB 3.1 can be made to look much better than that. On an A500 I'm limited to 16 colours and a small screen. There are some amazing WB 3.1 screenshots from people lucky enough to have graphics cards.

Here's what you need to make WB 3.1 look great:
VisualPrefs - change look of windows/gadgets/buttons
NewIcons - remove ugly boxes around icons
LoadCMAP - WB colour locking
Good fonts & "FF" to remove ugly Topaz
(Optional - MagicMenu, TitleShadow, Birdie)

Then of course, you need good icons (Iconian to edit), good images for buttons/backgrounds (PPaint to edit & remap colours).

Well, since you asked.

I've got so much to list maybe a picture would say it better. Go here to see my full setup. I recently put my A4000D in to a Fullsized tower seen here.
I'm using OS3.5 now and have a 9.1 gig Quantum Atlus drive installed running the Video Toaster flyer system with over 100gig of video/audio storage drive space connected to the Flyer. (more of my system specs on my signature and under the  pictures seen above). :-o
Amiga 2000HD Indivision ECS
Amiga 4000D towerised OS 3.1 and 3.9 on CF cards
Indivision AGA, Mediator 4000
Video Toaster 4000 Flyer v4.3 Millenium.
202gig of video drive space & 5gig audio.

The Elbox Dragon card for the A1200 (which has been 'due out soon' for ages) has an AGP slot.  But it's a matter of drivers for the GeForce.  I expect only Radeon and Voodoo cards will be supported.

Amiga 1200 (Power Tower) rev 1d4

Keyboard and mouse ports extended to front panel (a bit untidy at the moment, plan to cut a blanking plate to seat the ports nicely)

Running OS3.9 with Opus Magellan & various software

Blizzard 1260@50 & scsi kit (BPPC 060/200 prepared for surgery) with 256 mb HP ram

Mediator 1200SX:
....Soundblaster128 ct479 (or something like)
....Voodoo4 (32mb)
....RTL8139 fastethernet
....Spider2 USB card
.........7-in-1 usb card reader
....waiting for TV card

IDE bus:

VOB 4-way buffered IDE interface (now repaired and working)

LG 4x CDRW (IDE)  soon to be replaced with TEAC 12x SCSI cdrw when I get the blizsard 26-pin-->internal 50pin cable sorted.
Can't remember the model of my 4-Gig hard drive
250mb IOmega zip drive (pain in the arse to get working properly - IOtools keeps crashing)

Amiga 4000 motherboard (hopefully) on the way.  Plan to build hybrid system (A4000 & P3 dothan 1.86GHz system into server tower case I have lying around).

Amiga is 60 miles away at the moment so no screenshots to go with.
Mac Mini G4 (1.5GHz, 64MB VRam, 1GB Ram): MorphOS 3.6
Powerbook 5.8 (15", 1.67GHz, 128MB VRam, 1GB Ram): MorphOS 3.8.

Windows-free since 2011-2014 (Damn you Netflix!)

Meh. I really need to make some space or buy a new desk so I can start using my miggy fulltime - and thus spending some time to make it look good :-)

Anyways, my specs:

A1200 with Blizzard 1220/4+FPU, 80 MB harddisk and Archos Overdrive CD-Rom
WB 3.0 in very basic black & grey & white

As soon as I have my system installed in a permanent place I will get me 3.1 ROMS, OS3.9 and a way bigger harddrive (at least 10 gigs or so). Next after that will be a decent turboboard.

No screenshot from me because you all know how dull a clean installed 3.0 looks

And besides this I've got a stock A1000.
