OS3.9 Boot Disk

Anyone know how to fix the following issue with OS3.9 Emergency disk?

I created a Emergency disk on a highdensity Amiga Disk, but when using the disk workbench boots but no screen.

I'm using a MediatorA4000T busboard with Voodoo 5500 on an A4000T.
And yes i copied over the screenprefs file.
Anyone else had this issue?

This may sound rather obvious, but did you copy the gfx card drivers
too?
