Bards Tale character editor (english)

I'm looking for a Bards Tale character editor. In english
Its PD and wrote in amigabasic. Its in the tosec collection. On a chardisk, But its not in english.
I had a copy back in the late 80's. I think Diskdoctor killed it.Also i'm looking for an picture of a dragon
with a wizard holding a crystal ball or it might been a staff with a light shining at the dragon. It was a Dpaint iff pic on a disk I had, Someone had edited the s/startup-sequence and it showed the pic a few secs before before loadwb.If this helps it was 1988ish amiga1000/2000 workbench 1.2

Bard's Tale Character editor can be found on this site.
It does BT 1 - 3 so should cover you.
The graphic however I cannot help with.
