PPc clear out.
« on: February 21, 2006, 03:35:16 AM »
The good times are over and I have gone and bought a house, so time to make some cash.

I have for sale an A1200, Blizzard 240/040 603 PPC, scsi enabled with 64meg, Runs fine, I have not altered it, very rarely used. I don’t know how much it’s worth so offers.

From the same card I have a Bvision 8meg graphic card. Sadly I don’t have the original software for either, but I do have copies of it, sorry. Same with above, offers! I would prefer to sell them both at the same time.

Cheers!

300 GBP or 438 Euro seems like a very fair price. I have seen both of them being sold for less on Ebay but of course also for more  :-)

Agreed! I will never ever sell any piece of my Amiga-related hardware - my last major mistake was selling my original A500 back in the early 1990s... But I bought another one since then to make up for it!!

Thanks Effy, i wasn't sure what would be a good price. but it sounded about right... :-)

I already have a Blizzardvision GFX card, but i don't mind getting another one if they are to be sold as a pair.

InTheSand, ahmen dude ;-)

I also  made a big mistake a year ago by selling my first A4000 in Micronik tower with Piccolo gfx card and scandoubler and Fastlane and a normal A3640. To many this may seem like low spec but to me it was really impressive. Had to sell it due to financial problems  :boohoo:
But a few months ago the owner gave me a call if I was interested in taking it back because he didn´t do much with it  :-o Man, I was the happiest guy in the world at that moment  :lol:

Also what is the best way to pay? Is paypal best for people?
I Live in aberdeen if anyone want to save on postage! Although I will pay the postage if I get what I want for them!

Thanks Alot

Barry!

P.s, I would rather not sell but it seems abit of a waste for only playing Gloom and Quark. :roll:

For £350 you can get a 060/240/SCSI with a BVision! I'd say it's a very good offer on a BlizzardPPC board with only a 040 CPU.

@darksun9210

Take a look here and here. It will set you back around £270 (BVision included). Just email them in English.

@doctorq:

Is that store for real? They seem to stock pretty much all the most wanted pieces of Amiga hardware. I wonder if the website is up to date. :-?

@x56h34

I have been in contact with them, and they had the scandoubler module for the CyberVision 64/3D graohics card. However, they didn't want to sell it seperately, since it was part of a complete board, and my personal opinion is that sellers can't act this way if it's for sale seperately on the webpage. Because of their actions I will not buy from them, even though I'm the need of a BPPC, and with their prices it's a daily strugle not to order one!

Shouldn't hold others to deal with them though, and I know that keropi got his BPPC 060 from them, and AFAIK it was a pleasent deal.
