Looks like it's in not too good of a shape, but it is a C= made A4000T. :-)

Its a good system but he would be better off striping the system down and selling it all seperate. Shipping it the way it is would be costly.

Our libraries 4000T is in much better shape then that.  I guess some people just can't take care of things.

Too much for a system in that condition.

Well, the C= A4000T is the rarest Amiga model ever so not surprised it went so quick.  Who knows, maybe the guy has the front door panel and just took it off to get easier access to the drives.  The pics don't look that bad.

The pics themselves are terrible, why can't people learn to focus their damn cameras...

All i see from these small pics, is that it is a bit yellowed and the case is missing a piece.. I see no other fault??

My problem with this auction is the lack of description.. it says it has a accelrator, but does not mention what kind.

Wow! That sure is a bunch of money to spend on that A4000.

Perhaps the buyer was hoping to make a profit like on this item.

I could almost picture that as he was clicking the buy it now button that the Royal Mounted Police were outside his home yelling through a megaphone...

"O.K. put down that crack pipe and step away from the check book!"  :smack:

And how about this one? The buy it now price was 600USD, believe it or not. The only hidden goody in this auction is the DKB ram card which the seller didn't know it was installed in the system, however if you look closely you can see that it's there. :-D

Wouldn't it just suck if you bought that and when it arrived you went to go look at your newly acquird DKB 3128 card only to find a Commodore 2058?  :P

That's why I would ask them for internal pictures of the stuff too (I know people ask that kind of @#$% of me). Yeah. Oh and I changed my siggy now, after almost 3 God forsaken years.

I know. :-)
However, I've requested from the seller prior to the end of auction to post the showconfig output and it reported 128MB ram, so it has to be DKB. :-D
I was interested in bidding, but never expected it to reach 1200USD. I figured, if significantly less than $600USD I may go for it.
