Capital Punishment WHDLoad?

I cannot get this to work on my A4000/040.  Anyone able to get it to run?  It quits right when the fighting starts.  I used the PAL, NoCache, and other tooltypes.

I tried it on my other A4000 with 060 card and it works great!  Hmmm Weird.

that game works fine here:
A1200/apollo 1240 40 mhz
btw,which 68040 library are u using?
