Try broccoli just at least just boiled with a sprinkle of extra-virgin olive oil (be sure is is extra-virgin quality) and lemon juice, and a pick of salt over a blank piece of bread... Simply and Delicious at same time...
It is the way we eat it as a broccoli salad in Italy...

It is a kind of broccoli it sprouts and grown only in the Naples surrounding (my homeplace)...
It is different from broccoli as it tastes "bitter" so it overcome totally the simple broccoli.
