As stated above:

You have 020 that is enough. But you need more RAM. You can buy any other accellerator as long as it has at least 4Mb RAM. An 060 would be nice but expensive so look for a 030; the Blizzard series are nice.

You do need kickstart 3.1; you can buy that or softkick it. 3.1 roms aren't that expensive though so I suggest buying them.

ok. I can buy a Blizzard 1230. But other than blizzard exists other similiar stuff?

And, on the accelerator card the 3.1 ROM should be inside. Is difficult and riskous try to replace old 3.0 ROM to insert new 3.1 ROM

No it's not hard but be carefull. Also make sure you don't reverse the chips when you place them; you can damage them when you power on.

yes you can but would be better to have a real 3,1 rom to be legal as the amiga os and roms have copyright terms.
once when i have a blizz 030/50/iv for a while i couldn't kick anything on it but probebly i was not done it in a proper way :roll:
