Running Games Command Line

How do you run games from a command line?

I've brought up the command box and entered the following
"DH2:WHDLoad/ArcadePool/ArcadePool.exe and i've tryed Games:WHDLoad/ArcadePool/ArcadePool.exe" but with no joy. so any help will be great
Specs:
A1200PT, mediator c/w voodoo 3 2000, sb128, 60G HDD,OS3.9,LITEON CDR, nec 4x4 changer,External Scan Doubler,Cocolino adapter,PS2 keyboard adaptor.

Morphos 2.6, mini mac g4 @ 1.25ghz.

Look at the tooltypes for the icon of your game, and find out what the name of the slave is (e.g. arcadepool.slave). Then just type in:

1.>whdload arcadepool.slave

Cool Moto, I should of said it was for this menu system im trying to make, but first Im trying to build the menu in flash before trying any other software :-D

I'm thinking of doing the same thing :-) BTW, if you use OS3.9 you can use the wbrun command, which will function as if you had double clicked the icon.

You mentioned you are going to write the menu in Flash. How will this run on your Amiga?

Sorry for the late reply, to run the flash menu i just use flashplayer from aminet Here!or theres swfplayer Here!but I'm thinking of giving up on the flash soon as I'm having problems getting the commands to work but ive got afew more things to try before trying something else :-)

Where you getting these command lines from lol, I've search the net for amiga command lines but never find anything useful?

I had no idea there was a Flash player for AmigaOS. If you don't have any luck with that, you might want to have a look at Hollywood, which appears to be Scala on steroids :-)

Heh, I honestly don't know :-) I think it's just from looking at other people's scripts to see how they work, then looking at the syntax for any commands I don't recognise.
