Yeah all this guy does is resell Amiga stuff for outrageous prices!  Oh another one is Boogiegal, she likes to buy Amiga stuff for cheap and then parts it out and resells it. Fun stuff.

Good luck to the guy I say.  If people are willing to pay those prices then he's free to ask them.  He sold a CSPPC for $1500 just the other week which is at least twice what it's worth and but someone still bought it.  Never underestimate the number of stupid / rich  people on Ebay.

I have spent 600 UKP on a CSPPC recently. I am mad.

Point to note about that toaster auction, why have bidding starting at the buy it now price? I have seen auctions like that before and am not sure what the advantages of doing that are. Perhaps someone would enlighten me.

I also saw that there was a bid placed on it, however he keeps his bidder's list private, so we will never know if it was a serious bidder (with good feedback) or some deadbeat just trying to screw around with him. :-?

His prices are really all over the place, some are not bad while others are nuts? I wonder how he sets his prices?

Mike

BTW I'd pay $600 for a good clean 4000T if I didn't already have one.

ahh, it was karmanss? I've heard some bad reports about him on here before...

That's a Doomy-style response that, swearing at a genuine question.

The only tosspot I've had the misfortune to deal with was some guy called 'Haemharroid' or somesuch, I think he's based in the UK. I was selling on Amibench and he just hurled a load of abuse at me for seemingly no reason, I still have the emails somewhere...
I like Amigas
