Does the Faery Tale Adventure game still have the printed map?

Yes.  It has some "3-hole-puch" holes along the edges, and I had drawn some small findings (buildings, IIRC). Otherwise, I would say it is in very good condition.

Game also comes with Player Instructions, Storybook and warranty registration card :-D.
