...and I wanted to know whether or not there would be an interest in such a project.
Ever since 1992 when I first saw an Amiga in action, I have been fascinated by the vast amount of software available for it. Even if one only has access to public domain software, there is still enough freely available Amiga software to complete any task a computer user would run into.
I don't have a title for the book yet, but it is basically an in-depth and detailed look at many software programs, describing their tasks, how they work, etc. There will also be photos.
I am covering basically classic apps. from WB 1 to OS 3.9, since this is when the majority of apps for the Amiga were developed (but don't get me wrong, there are still hundreds of folks out there actively coding for the Amiga).
So, tell me: am I providing a valuable addition to the available Amiga literature out there, or am I just wasting my time?
