Where to buy...? I don't think anywhere has the AmigaOne in stock - there were a couple of small production runs then nothing. Eyetech (the company distributing them) is silent, as is Mai (the company that developed the Teron boards which Eyetech was selling as the AmigaOne under license). The Mai Logic website is just a mess of broken links now and they were sued earlier this year by a partner. It's unknown whether they're still around and without them, there's no more AmigaOne.
Incidentally, you can't buy just the OS without the AmigaOne due to some strange licensing agreement. However there will be a version of OS4 released for Cyberstorm PPC and Blizzard PPC accellerator cards for A4000 and A1200 which you will be able to buy separately.
