How to check if your PIV is working in Z3 mode?
« on: December 15, 2005, 09:02:10 PM »
Well topic title says it all.

I suspect that my Picasso IV is running in Z2 mode although the jumper says it is autosensing. This because a demo program from rtgmaster software is saying the card is it's working in Z2 mode; no matter how I jumper the card...

Phew seems like I worried to soon:)

The program P96Speed on the OS3.9 CD seems to detect it correctly as Z3.

to really be sure just fire up showconfig in a shell and watch the PIVs entry. For Z3 it should be 2167/24.

If its in Z2 mode it shows up as 2167/21 2167/22 and 2167/23.
