Amiga 1200 need help with hard drive setup

Hi all
I have loved the amiga for years and had a few but have never messed about with one with a hard drive.
I have an amiga 1200 with a small hdd and have just brought a 4.1gb laptop hdd to put in it.
I have some hdd set up disks and i will try to set the hdd up in my amiga but my main question is i have loads of games on floppy how do i transfer these on to my hard drive.
Do i need another program to set this up and if so i am on the net but if i need to put a program on to floppy to run on the amiga how do i format the disks to work from pc to amiga i am running xp on my pc if this helps.

Well, it dependes on what games do you have. Usually , the best thing is whdload (www.whdload.de), you can check there , they have hd installable versions of many, many games

Sometimes games can be installed on your hdd, it depends on what games, you have to check that...
