What do you use your amiga for?

I was sitting here wondering why people use there amiga's, I dont mean in the sence of "Cause I like it" but what do you use it for? playing games! applications etc etc

Web, email, word processing, occasional image processing, games, MP3 jukebox. It's my primary machine.

Long periods of time pass between PC bootups :-)

1- C programming
2- Ocasinally Gfx (just drawn very basic sketch for a greenhouse yesterday with DPaintAGA). ImageFX has also been usefull to me couple of times too (finally installed it and converted a lot a IFFs to PNG). I've also got a bit into 3D Imagine (finally) and I liked it.
3- Mess with it! I just like AmigaOS and Classic Amiga hardware.
4- See AGA demos
5- Play old games
6- When I get a Networkcard it will also be ocasional webrowsing, now I mostly use a Win2K box with Firefox for that.

Editpad and the excellent FTP client, AmiTradeCenter, oh and TVPaint for the website graphics

My main amiga is rarely on for more than 5 minutes without either a C/C++ project going or octamed. My second 1200D is usually used for testing, retrogaming and also for running a midi translator tool I wrote (uses a file to remap midi program numbers, channels, drum note assignments, velocity curves etc in realtime).

The other 1200T (not actually mine, belongs to a friend) is mostly used for testing and the odd bit of coding.

Then there's UAE which is used for testing, large project compiling (a lot faster than doing it on a real 680x0 amiga) and the odd bit of retrogaming.

First reason why/for what i use amiga is also to relax,nostalgy and just listen its floppy drive ticking

Second is I love to do DeluxePaint3 low-res images.
