Boy, this is weird......apparently your only allowed to access that page once per browser.  Once you do it one time on Mozilla....you cant get on anymore until you try Exlporer..then once you do it once with Eplorer you cant go on again unles you open a completely other browser.....in my case I am using AOL Explorer.  So now, none of them works. Weird!
