WANTED: A3000 MOTHERBOARD
« on: November 20, 2005, 11:28:32 PM »
My A3000/050/Mediator/Tower/Etc is disabled. Motherboard SCSI burned up. About to give up, but would like to try another A3000 motherboard.

Like to buy a late edition MB, updated, in working condition, but whatever.

I just bought one of the "Untested" A3000 motherboards eBay from Centisoft on eBay. It is an early revision 6 with some parts removed, lots of previous work, not working ect. I wouldn't recommend one of those for your primary working board because this one is pretty much a basket case, but they could be a good deal for parts/repair.

Good Luck,
Jeff

Plugged a Centronics into SCSI? I had that, too. Just redid one burnt up trace, replaced two pico fuses and off it went again.  :-)
