It´s a pitty some people refuse to send outside the borders of their country. Today I have seen a Picasso IV on german Ebay where the seller did not allow foreign bidders to place a bid. As a result this seller only got 105 Euro for his special gfx card that has gone on Ebay over 200 Euro ... don´t really see what the problem can be. As a seller you only send the object when the money arrives on your bank account, no matter if the buyer lives 10 km from you or 1000 km ...

that german guy must be very narrowminded...guess he think it´s alot of trouble writing anything else but Germany on that parcel...or maybe he doesn´t know that Belgium is a member of the Eropean Union so he doesn´t have to fill in any customs papers etc
