IV 24

I am NOT listing this on e-Bay. I have had way to much trouble dealing through them!
What I am selling is a GVP IV24 card, with the manuals, software and breakout box. It is on the original box, and works 100%.
This card will work as is in any A3000 or A4000 machine. It needs an adapter to run in an A2000 (Video slot to the card).
I will ship it anywhere, as long as you pay shipping.
I would rather accept paypal, but will consider other payment methods.
Any serious offers....

Is this the A4000 version that has the extra pins on the video-slot connector for AGA or is it the older ECS version? Is the breakout box the RGB version or the Y/C version?

Yes could be intrested, need to know anwsers to the two earlier questions. Also if you could tell me if it is pal compatable? (I think it is the same card for NTSC and PAL) but if you could comfirm that would be great.

Obviously it isn't (wasn't?) the IV24 4000. This card sold the day after I posted this however. I am sorry I neglected to post this sooner.
As to the NTSC/PAL question - I really have no idea. This was used in an NTSC system (I live in the U.S.), & I don't know if will work with a PAL system. I would guess not, but.......?

How can it NOT be the A4000 version?   you said in your first post that it requires an adaptor to work in the A2000..............that implies that this card was made for the A4000.

So which card is it (was it)

The original card was designed to work with OCS/ECS graphics and will plug directly into an A3000 and needs a little adapter to plug into the A2000. The A4000 version is similar, but it adds support for AGA.

Looking at the pic of it on Big Book, the third pic has a close up of one of the outputs that has a label that says "PAL".  My guess is that there IS a difference in NTSC/PAL or no one would go through the trouble of putting that Descriptor on it...

You might be right, but IIRC, and I think I do, one of the advertizing points for the IV24 was that it worked with BOTH Pal and NTSC standards and maybe Secam too.  But then I could be thinking of the VLAB-Motion instead.  One is a competitor to the Video Toaster and the other a competitor to the VT-Flyer.
