I have to say that its suprised me how much its gone up! I thought I'd be lucky to get the starting bid of £70 for it!

I was ready to go up to about UKP150.. but..  that's gone pretty high :)

I guess I'll have to stick to my little MTec 030 with 4mb in my a600 for now :(

I can't believe the highest bidder will actually pay that much for this board.
As a matter of fact, i have to consider selling mine. Whith this amount of money i could buy an A4000T :-D

Ha

With that  amount of money they could hae bought a Blizzard PPC with an 060!
I totally want my Apollo 630 back, but at that price I can buy a plant and manufacture the boards myself haha!

By the way..whatever happened to Jens Shoenfeld creating new Apollo 630 boards?
They can easily be made more stable by doing what that guy somewhere here in Amiga Org is doing to his Derringer A500
board to stickit in his A600.

Basically all you need is that the upsidedown socket not be stuck to the Apolo board..but hanging with wires or seperated by wires.that way you can place the board anywhere and you dont have to worry about it slipping off the 68000!

CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...

Well, where could you fit the board without sacrificing some useful parts of the hardware (yes, floppy is useful :-D, as the 1 Mo Chip expansion and the HD do)??

I like the board being clipped on the 68000, this adds to the rockn'roll attitude of my noisy fan-cooled A600   :-D

Good job. :-)
I'm sure you will as the two bidders that are upping the price seem legit.

Looks like you're doing nice busines!
It's very tempting to sell my A630 card as well...
But...not really, I'll keep it!

Wow! talk about market appreciation!!! Price of new Viper 630 (68030 33MHz, fpu pga included, up to 32MB RAM w/ 1 SIMM): 0MB version 75.95 pounds; w/ 32MB SIMM: 150.95 pounds. As seen in Power Computing advertisement, Amiga Format, April 1998.

I hope Jens Schoenfeld is watching.

When I see prices like these I'm glad I got my A620/25 Turbo for just 50 Euro... :-P

But I'd really love to get my hands on that A630/50...
Cheers...
