Hum,
Don’t you just love it when a thread starts so open-ended?

he just needed michael to tell him what to do. or did he?
The only stupid question is a question not asked.

Win•dows: n. A thirty-two bit extension and graphical shell to a sixteen-bit patch to an eight-bit operating system originally coded for a four-bit microprocessor which was written by a two-bit company that can\'t stand one bit of competition.

Hum,
The car must have been quite intelligent not to have ended up in bay watch.

(Unless he played a cameo role as the beach buggy).

@Vincent
That was a cheap shot; i would have expected a more entertaining post from someone with that many points...

I disagree.
If KITT was truely intelligent it would have tried to run over David Hasslehoff at every oportunity, or maybe 'forget' to open the sunroof whenever he used the ejector seat.
 Or maybe the car was just plain evil and wanted the world to suffer?
On schedule, and suing

It certainly worked, but at least KITT didn't turn out like Herbie!

Well, the lights at the front are slightly better than the average blue led 'wanker lights' you see on GTi chavmobiles around the place.

KITT was a customized 1982 Pontiac Trans-Am. The 1982 model year was the first year of the third-generation (1982-1992) F-bodies (Cevrolet's Camaro and Pontiac's Firebird share the same platform). George Barris's company, who had previously done the TV Batmobile, Green Hornet's Black Beauty, Munster's Coach, etc. did the customizing work.

Pontiac, who supplied the Trans Am for the series, found itself swamped with customer requests for black Firebird Trans Ams with T-tops, tan interiors, and red lights on the front bumper, just like the show car.
