Does anyone have any 20-pin DRAM chips available for sale that are 1x4? These are the same type as 20-pin ram used in A3000 for chip memory expansion, except not 4x256 but 1x4. I'd preferably take 60ns rated chips, however 70 or 80ns would also do just fine.
I need them to expand fast ram on my VXL030 accelerator from 2 to 8MB. :-)
