I have Toccata Soundcard now what?

Hello All,

I bought Toccata Sound card from ebay but it did not come
with any manuals.I don't know what any of the jacks do?
There are two 3.5 headphones jacks on the main board what
are they used for? and three large headphone jacks on the
back of the card.Can some one tell me what each jack is
used for and can I use AHI with card.I have Amiga 4000T
