Well, selling the wallpapers wouldn't be illegal I guess (since they are public available), but distributing ISOs of OS3.5 and OS3.9 would be.

The items on these DVDs are *not* public domain- some are current Amiga products and are still very much copyrighted such as the Amiga Forever 6, 3.1 ROM files, AmigaOS 3.9!  These titles are still being supported and sold.

This auction is not hurting large corporations at all - its hurting the few remaining Amiga developers and retailers.

I’m astonished about people getting away with this type of thing.

Everyone that has put effort into designing the wallpapers if their not happy about their work being sold for profit (I know I wouldn’t be) they should contact eBay right away.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy is connected to the seller that Wayne had to report last week either.

It happens all the time if a enough people complain and cloanto and other developers were alerted to there products be sold illegaly ebay might take notice .the more complaiants ebay get the better if they do nothing tell them you will report them to uk tv program watchdog .
