Pity about the 2000, but there are a few ppl here that help you get it up and running again.
Yeah, I really miss it. I'm afraid its not that simple to get it going again. Although it was my machine and I used it, there were 2 other people who put it together for me and also used it. They are long gone. They partitioned the hard drive and did some other stuff to it (I don't know much about it). That was years ago and there is a little voice in my head echoing "remember, just don't lose these disks". I don't have the disks. It was running for a couple of years but an xboyfriend got jealous and broke it and I'm not sure what's wrong with it now. I don't know anyone else in this area who has an Amiga or even knows what it is. They all think I'm :crazy: I'm saving my $ for another Amiga at this point.:lol: That'll show em :-P
And of course there is always WinUAE to tide you over until then….
I may try this on one of my old pc's this summer :-)

A hint for ya. This will only help if you know me from Aminet. When I chose my nick I chose a nick from my first name "Margaret". Made sense to me at the time but caused a bit of a stir :-o I've never been a member of any computer community or chat rooms or such. Some people thought I was part of some kind of "blue or red wars" or something :-? I'm not a part of anything like that. A complete novice :-P
