I found that the owner of the 2 companies are the same persons from Ireland.
Apparently they are some sort of "leprechauns sitting on pot of gold".
They have a 3 leaf clover (the shamrock) as lucky charm and they are not afraid of the famous Amiga CURSE.
I bet they are the owners of the companies behind the mysterious Amiga OS 4 hardware and the mysterious major software ported to Amiga OS.
