Where can I get voltage converter for Apollo 1240/1260?
Or how can I make such 5V -> 3.3V converter for the Apollo 1240/1260 card?

Jens Schoenfeld (from Individual Computers) said that its the official Voltage regulator scheme, used on the Motorola datasheets for the 060. (and very reliable too)

BTW
"Please note that you can NOT upgrade your Apollo 3/4040 to 68060 with just changing the CPU and flip the jumpers, you HAVE TO get an voltage regulator board and burn a new EPROM too."
