I've been using an ADSL router that looks exactly like that one here in the UK, my ISP is Pipex. I bought it from dabs.com who sell it under their "value" line, at the time is was by far the cheapest combined router and modem. So far it has worked flawlessly the only negative point I can think of about it is that the plastic case is a bit cheap looking (and metalic blue

). I have a PC and various Amigas connected and they all work well. The setup is all by web pages served from the router which work well in Amiga browsers, even the firmware upgrade works from IBrowse should you need it.
As far as I can tell the router is actually made by a company called
Amigo 
, firmware updates are available from their website.
Obviously I can't say if it will be compatible with your ISP but there are a wide range of options.
