I quote directly from the Single User Software license as printed in the user manual" "You have purchased a single-user license. One person may use this program on multiple machines. or, multiple people can use this program on one machine, but multiple people cannot use this program on multiple machines simultaneously. If you upgrade to a newer version, you still have only one license and registration number. You cannot sell your OLD version."
Indeed, I originally purchased v3 secondhand about 5 years since, and Deron was more than happy to tranfer the license, which I then immediatley upgraded to v4.
I am not selling an old version; I am selling it lock-stock. It is not a personal license, it is a SINGLE USER license. that means any SINGLE USER (though I am sure Grasshopper LLC won't mind if they are married) can use it, as long as no one else is. I will never use it again. I only use my Amiga for TVpaint these days - it's a shame to let such a good program go to waste.
Some folk in this forum seem quick to to jump in feet first without getting their facts in order. I do not appreciate being accused of breaking the law.
