can you identify these cards?

I have 4 cards from an Amiga 4000/040 I think.  
S/N 4IT0P168
    4IT0P174
    4ITP0166
    4FVM2055

Can anyone tell me what these do and what they are worth?  Couldn't find anything like them on ebay.

For sure, hi-res pictures are a must for recognizing a card model from such a vague description.  Lots of cards have lots of random numbers and letters on them.  But with an image, we can see the interface type, what chips are present, etc, which can shed tons of light on what the cards might be.
