Good AGA games
« on: March 31, 2005, 02:37:16 PM »
What good platform and shot ém up AGA games is it out there? I've Super Frog and Project X, but it's not AGA (anyway, they look great!) and Cannon Fodder. I want something like Project X and R-Type but AGA and nice graphic and a fun platform or side scrolling shot ém up like Metal Slug in AGA that runs well on a A1200 - 030/50mhz/32mb RAM.

Banshee was supposed to be really good, although I never got it. A vertically-scrolling 1942-style shooter...

T-zero is very good, except I'm a bit crap at it :-/
Pimp My Amiga  8-)

Chaos Engine AGA and Super Stardust.

Apidya and Disposable Hero are probably the most playable and best-looking shoot-em-ups on the Amiga tho, but they're not AGA.

Oh, and there's Overkill, which is AGA.
