Most annoying man

I met the most annoying man I've ever met today.

He started every sentence with "Am I missing something?" and "Correct me if I'm wrong."

I don't know why I posted this.

We've got one here who ends every sentence with "yeah?" as if to drive in the importance of whatever he's saying.  

Im my job running the payroll department, I have to ask colleagues for info on our clients, ie how many directors etc.  Every time I have to ask him for info he'll turn around and say "You need to go and find this out, yeah?" which is

a) A world class statement in the {bleep}ing obvious

b) Irritating in the extreme.  Particularly when said individual is sitting on the info all along and simply can't be arsed to hand over the file on his desk.

I knew someone like that. He also used to use the expression "I think you'll find that..." with a monotonous degree of regularity.

It was all made worse by the fact he had he spoke in the most indescribably boring monotone.

Immediate thoughts on sight were always something akin to "I'm invisible. I'm invisible. Don't look like you noticed him Ah crap he's seen me. Oh please God no, don't let him want to talk to me!"

Well, check this out...

I got a buddy that often drinks too much. You know he is "in the zone" when he starts stroking his chin (or goatee when he has it) and saying "so tell me this" at the start of every comment.

Yeah, damned obnoxious.
