the joy of Spring has been tempered somewhat by receiving this years feckin' Council Tax Bill

I was pleasantly surprised that mine didn't go up that much from last year.

Having said that, a hundred and forty odd quid a month, for a single person is fahking outrageous!

In my opinion. :-P

Hail Thee, Frej, I raise my horn to your glory!

Anyway,
Time to get some mead!
Goodnight!

Hmmmmm...when I first saw this thread title, I immediately thought it was about Blobzie...

...but on closer inspection I saw it was about George.

Of course, one could argue that the little princess in georgette could be gorgeous, but where would that leave George on a Friday such as this?

:-o

I'm only £23 a month and I'm in a 5-person 3-bedroomed house with Siouxsie.

Mind you, she's a student so she's exempt (which means I get 25% discount for "single person") and I'm on incapacity benefit :-D

We're on £113 IIRC, which isn't bad for London.

Bloody nora. The price of living in Glasgow astonishes me.

Still, at least the nice weather has arrived. Think I'll go for a walk.

You did read the rest of the post that explains kinda why it's so low? ;-)

But yeah Glasgow will be more expensive than crappy old Dundee :-D
