Well, I can't wait till my metabolism slows down and I get a bit of weight.  I've been a skinny wretch for far too long now :-P

Enjoy it while you can sir.  Once you start, it's a slippery slope (says the guy who has gone to the gym every day for the last 7).

Advanced
You scored 93% Beginner, 86% Intermediate, 87% Advanced, and 50% Expert!
You have an extremely good understanding of beginner, intermediate, and advanced level commonly confused English words, getting at least 75% of each of these three levels' questions correct. This is an exceptional score. Remember, these are commonly confused English words, which means most people don't use them properly. You got an extremely respectable score.

What annoys me about this thing are the ones with multiple correct options :/

English Genius
You scored 93% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 87% Advanced, and 83% Expert!
You did so extremely well, even I can't find a word to describe your excellence! You have the uncommon intelligence necessary to understand things that most people don't. You have an extensive vocabulary, and you're not afraid to use it properly! Way to go!

Thank you so much for taking my test. I hope you enjoyed it!

My test tracked 4 variables. How you compared to other people your age and gender:

You scored higher than 99% on Beginner

You scored higher than 99% on Intermediate

You scored higher than 99% on Advanced

You scored higher than 99% on Expert

And im 20 going on 21 btw

I don't want to get fat... I just want to get a good weight for my size.

I'm 5'9 and 8.5 stone and have been for years.  It's impossible for me to put on any weight.  I never exercise (I walk for about 20 mins to and from a mates house once a week, everybody else lives 2 mins walking distance away).

I'm enjoying it, but at the same time I'd like to put on at least a stone.

I'm skinnier than Marilyn Manson...  Then again, he looks a good couple of inches taller than me too.

don't you understand that you ARE the right weight??

you don't have to be all bulky to be "right".

plus, it takes alot of work to be bulky. unless you are going to be a movie star, don't bother.

it's better to be healthy. and slim is healthier than not slim.

and what's wrong with the way Marilyn Manson looks???
he's fine. (a bit of strange makeup, but, that's his look)

Yeah, but there's being too slim.

Let's just say if I lost a stone I'd probably look like the wierd thing in Aphex Twin's Come To Daddy video without the need for make up to make my head look bigger :-P

I'm not exactly healthy either - I've been unable to work for the past 5 years due to a dodgy stomach and a few other things.

Anyway, this thread is about language not me being lanky :-D

I'm quite content to have emerged this side of 30 without what we affecionately call a 'keg' (beer barrel). I'm about 140lbs/5'7" (63kg/1.7m) and content that the ratio isn't a lot higher :-)

I recently decided I needed to get a bit fitter though and stopped taking the lift (well mostly), which amounts to yomping up and down 26 flights of stairs every day...

Oddly Expert
You scored 0% Beginner, 0% Intermediate, 0% Advanced, and 77% Expert!
Your test results are extremely interesting. Though your test scores in the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels weren't very high, you got at least 75% of the expert level questions correct. Possibly you guessed very well in the expert level section? I don't know what else to say. You puzzle me immensely. But....

I was interrupted by a phone call while on the last page. I suppose my previous session timed out? Oh well, I got 77% on the expert page, so I'm guessing I probably did fairly well on the easier stuff.  *shrug*

But my number one hate is the abuse of the apostrophe in written documents.
Actually, I think it's the comma that's abused more then anything else. Of course I have no idea of how to properly use it either so it doesn't really bother me a great deal. :-D
