hmmmmmm.....
Do a search on the items that projector123456 has bid on and you'll see that he's bid on ones from other sellers.
~or~
He's bidding those to add a cusion of feedback to help legitimize the shill-bidding.

It makes one think, doesn't it??

Well, He`s already won one auction. So in therory he should end up with a feedback rating soon, Be it positive or negative. If he does not end up with a rating, Then there is definitely something up.

My experience is that Ebay can take a day or two to reply, but they do reply and they do study the case or complaint that you present to them, they do analise if the matter you present is consistent, and they do take actions. I can tell you by my own experience, both as a seller and as a buyer.

I respect very much their service. They are aware that a bad service can lead into customer distrust and subsequent loss of profits, and they protect themselves very well agains this, resulting in good customer protection as well.

Regards.

I must digress; when the offender is a Power Seller. Many Power Sellers on ebay rack up hundreds of negative feedbacks from most buyers with sub-20 feedbacks. Complaints from these buyers fall on deaf ears as long as the Power Seller is raking in dough hand over fist for the corporation.

I think this "grantskoog" individual is either one of two things....

A> Amiga 3000 addict

B> A shill bidder for someone

based upon the amount of A3K's they've been buying on ebay
wanted; NONfunctional A3K keyboard wanted
