Why dont you make one your self that wont be much off a problem if you got one of those removeable front panels from the power tower ..cut a hole with a dremel get some thing to skrew it into like those L shaped things to get shelf on the wall or find something else..
PC 3.5"->5.25" adapters are roughly cheap as dirt (go check Pricewatch), so sacrificing one of these to Dremel experimentation would be a slightly better deal than losing a blank that matches the custom Amiga tower... unless you've got a spare from mounting the CD or whatnot kicking around anyway.
You could also fiddle with popping off the 2000 drive's faceplate and cutting a new blank, for looks (something like a sheet of stiff acetate or similar, spraypainted black or white or beige on the inside, notched appropriately for the button and slot) ... then you could tack that to the PC-sized faceplate with hot glue or cyanoacrylate, not worry about munging up the look of the bezel, and end up with something rather bling. Might want to use some packing tape over the paint on the inside (or find some pre-colored thin plastic) so you don't have to worry about it flaking off if you're rough with it in use.
I think that's roughly equal on the 'supreme pain in the @#$' scale, and might look cosmetically better than fooling with the Dremel and risking a slip. Just get the distances right, so you can insert a disk without bending or breaking the new 'faceplate' off every time.
