Cyberstorm goodies
« on: February 25, 2005, 04:10:11 AM »
OK, I'm flying in the dark with the early startup settings for my Cyberstorm Accel.  I have the A4000 ver. but have NO clue how to set the diff. options correctly. I did get the SCSI setup (I'm not THAT stupid) but don't understand how to use the other options.

Anyone have a guide out there?  espescially for the apparent CD-Rom mounter?

The flash upgrade archive has a document that describes the various options.

Before I give any advice, I'd like to know exactly which Cyberstorm accelerator model do you own? Each model may require different configuration, so we have to clarify that first.

There is only one Cyberstrom modell that actually has a bootmenu and that`s the MKIII / CSPPC.
Not really interesting, but it`s there.

I know that Lemmink but before giving advice on an expensive piece of hardware to a newbie Amiga user, I think it's best to 100% confirm the type of accelerator card that's in question.

@x56h34

He's been around.  I recall from previous messages that he has an AT A4000T with CSPPC.

heh, yeah I've been in the Amiga community since 1990 but some times I want to REALLY make sure I'm doing the right thing.  IE, the CD Driver seemed to crap things up so I wanted documnted instruction to make sure I'm doing it right.

@adolescent,

tankz for the link :)
