The last BlizzardPPCs made from DCE were missing the specially shaped heatsink, as they ran out of it,but they had a normal fan/heatsink combo directly on the chip. Such a card wouldn fit into the Desktop, maybe that why it was removed. It it unusual for the 166 MHz Version to have an BGA 603e, the 166 MHz version usually had an PLCC 603e.
Not really interesting, but it`s there.

To me it looks like the picture found on BBoAH. The picture of the card in the auction has a SCSI controller, but it isn't mentioned in the description...

Ah, you're all so cynical after the big scam last year... No that is not a picture of the card I'm selling, I thought it easier to get a stock photo than borrow a camera and take my own. Actually, if someone wants to email me that exact question ie why has the photo got no heatsink, scsi etc, that'd be handy so I can post an explanation on the page. This is all legit, i've been a menber here for a good couple of years now so you can bid with confidence.

It might come in handy for the people looking at the auctions to have a picture of the actual item they are bidding on.

There is a big difference in seeing a picture of the item as opposed to a picture copy/pasted from a website. Imagine yourself buying a car, where all you get is a picture cut out from an advert in a magazine, and not a picture of the car you have been offered. Would you buy it?

Your auctions would most likely go higher if you knew what the items your are selling really are. Here I have the Mediator in mind; there is a big difference between a Mediator PCI 1200 and a Mediator SX...
