Yes, thats right, its been scientifically (yeah right) proven that the following are not in fact mere coinicidence!

[20:07] hunter s thompson is dead
[20:07] :-o
[20:07] whodat
[20:07] when?
[20:08] and how?
[20:08] too much exposure to socks
[20:09] "Apparent Suicide"
[20:09] really?!
[20:09] see, told ya - too much exposure to socks
[20:09] od?
[20:09] yeah
[20:09] everybody wears socks and everybody dies
[20:09] conclusive evidence
[20:10] yep
[20:10] I blame bloodline myself
[20:10] don't know why, but he's as good a scapegoat as I can think of atm ;-)
[20:10] * odin-_ holds up a crucifix
[20:11] thou shalt not mention bloodline in connection with socks

What more proof do we need?

What about people born before socks were invented? Were they wiped out when socks were introduced?

Interesting history :-)

No they're immortal. The fact their bodies aren't mortal doesn't mean THEY'RE mortal. And they're not, ask Sai Baba..

I think that when you look closely, you'll notice that most sandalwearers of the treehugging variaty wear coarse grey woolen socks up to their knees.
