He's Texan, and as President W. has repeatedly demonstrated, Texans are above using standard English. :-P

EDIT: I should note that in the US, it's common to couple a Texan (i.e. American southern) accent with skewed grammar. This is no slight against Texans, as I'm almost sure this was ivibozic's intent. :-)
